The formatting of structural elements of the submission poor meet the requirements: there are no keywords, the line spacing is not set as required, the titles of the heads at all levels are incorrectly formatted, the inscriptions "Fig. 1" instead of "Figure 1", display equations should be flush left, references are incorrectly framed. The bibliography analysis in the submission is needs improvement and don't give a clear view of the current state-of-the-art in the domain: it is necessary to systematize and generalize the given material in certain directions, to give the names of scientists who studied the problem, to briefly describe the content of scientific research on more relevant issues of the article topic.
